Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Accurately document technical issues and customer interactions in the support database.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complex issues and enhance customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with online media services and current technological trends.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a team.
