In this role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, assisting them with any inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to advanced fitness technology products. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
  • Diagnose and resolve various technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable fitness devices.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, ensuring clarity and satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions within the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to convey customer feedback and assist in product improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology to offer informed support and recommendations.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to maximize their use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and a strong command of English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the fitness or technology sectors.
  • A genuine interest in fitness, along with an understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with the team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
