Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
Identify and resolve various technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable fitness devices.
Assist users through troubleshooting steps and ensure they are well-informed and satisfied with the solutions provided.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness technology to provide informed advice and support.
Conduct effective training sessions for customers on the use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements
