Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
Diagnose and solve a variety of technical issues that may arise with fitness applications and wearable devices.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest fitness technology trends to provide informed and relevant assistance.
Conduct training sessions to educate customers on effectively utilizing fitness technology tools.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
Experience in customer service or technical support, especially within the fitness or technology sectors.
A genuine interest in fitness along with a solid understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting while also collaborating with the team.
