Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Fitness Tech Support Consultant based in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers using cutting-edge fitness technology products. Your passion for fitness combined with your tech-savviness will help users troubleshoot issues and enhance their experience with fitness apps and devices. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
  • Diagnose and solve a variety of technical issues that may arise with fitness applications and wearable devices.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness technology trends to provide informed and relevant assistance.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on effectively utilizing fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support, especially within the fitness or technology sectors.
  • A genuine interest in fitness along with a solid understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting while also collaborating with the team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
