Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to enhance your support capabilities.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute insights that can improve product offerings and service procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff, sharing your expertise and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical roles is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service.
  • Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
