Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay current with product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Solicit customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge.

Requirements
