In this essential role, you will engage with our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with the technical support and solutions they need. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues will be vital in helping customers navigate our products and services. We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex customer inquiries and problems.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates and technical advances.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.
