Job description

Prochant is seeking qualified individuals for a project manager/Database Admin position. The role is responsible for several areas that are key to success for Prochant, and outsourced billing service in the U.S.  The Implementation Manager will assist the leadership team with bringing projects to completion on time, on or under budget, within scope, and while exercising excellent communication practices.

In this role, you are responsible for assisting with the transition of new clients to our services and adding processes for existing clients. You will be asked to analyze client systems, assist with setup, update/maintain pricing files and always seek ways to encourage customers to embrace the Prochant best practices. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct each project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Transition Management:  Assist in the seamless transition of new clients to Prochant’s services. 
  • Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. 
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing operations. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to transitions. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor progress, and generate regular reports on project status, client satisfaction, and process efficiency for review by senior management. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership with Prochant.  
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. Proactively address any issues that may arise during client transitions and process implementations. 
  • Database Management: Monitor clients inventory and pricing files, update timely and accurately providing feedback to clients and leadership as appropriate. Systems include but are not limited to Caretend, Brightree, CPR+, and WeInfuse.   
  • Other Duties as Assigned 

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Infusion, Billing Software, or healthcare experience required 
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
