This appointment setting position is for B2B space, selling high ticket services. It is fast paced and keeps you on your toes and thinking fast. Our company is growing quickly, so being flexible and having a love of change is crucial. Our culture is one of high accountability and no excuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking 2-3 appointments daily with the proper decision makers.
  • Impact being made by building relationships, building excitement for our services and educating potential customers.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls/daily to new clients in the B2B space.
  • Tenacious and makes it happen. You enjoy finding creative solutions to get to the decision makers.
  • Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions and actions taken while multi-tasking client calls, minimizing hold times.
  • Being part of an on-call rotation 1-2 weeks per month.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales, tele-sales, telemarketing or in a similar role that required calling experience
  • Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent technology skills, resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for our mission
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot
  • Consent to a pre-employment background check
