Rockstar is recruiting for a transformative housing platform focused on providing affordable, flexible, and quality housing solutions for workers and renters. This client is scaling rapidly and is looking for a dynamic, growth-focused leader to help drive expansion at the top of their supply funnel by acquiring new Hosts.

About the Client:

The client is a transformative housing platform that increases housing affordability and accessibility while offering attractive returns to partners. They are seeking a Director of Growth to develop and execute strategies to drive and accelerate the acquisition of new Hosts through strategic partnerships, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.

Role Overview:

The Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to drive and accelerate the acquisition of new Hosts through strategic partnerships, referrals, events, and marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key teams to implement high-impact, data-driven growth strategies. The primary responsibility is to build the top-of-funnel pipeline and convert leads into long-term, engaged Hosts. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase the number of new Hosts, focusing on partnerships, referrals, events, and other relevant marketing channels. Manage the end-to-end acquisition funnel, track KPIs, optimize for high conversion rates, and iterate on tactics to continually improve performance.

- Partnerships & Business Development: Identify new and build upon existing strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, real estate networks, and others that can drive high-quality lead generation and acquisition of new Hosts. Lead negotiations, drive agreements, and set up the right incentives to ensure both long-term growth and alignment with partner goals.

- Marketing & Campaigns: Refine lead segmentation and lead ICP (ideal customer profile). Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive acquisition for target ICP via content marketing, social media, and other digital channels. Implement referral programs and word-of-mouth strategies to drive organic growth.

- Events & Networking: Plan and execute national, regional, and local events to create awareness and generate new Host opportunities. Represent the client at key industry events, networking functions, and speaking engagements to further drive business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8+ years in growth, partnerships, or business development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in scaling a top-of-funnel acquisition strategy through partnerships, events, referrals, and marketing. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Demonstrated ability to drive strategic partnerships and close high-value deals.

- Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of growth metrics, funnel management, and ROI tracking. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
