Our client Zigtal is a rapidly growing startup in the HR Software as a Service (Saas) industry. We've already begun generating revenue and are on an exciting journey to expand our customer base and establish ourselves as a leader in the HR tech space. To support our growth, we're looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist at Zigtal you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads for our HR Saas products. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective lead-generation strategies to fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification: Utilize various research methods and tools to identify and compile lists of potential leads within the HR industry.
  2. Outreach Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to initiate contact with prospects.
  3. Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, and fit with our HR Saas products.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads to facilitate the sales process.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company objectives.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and make recommendations for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the Saas or HR technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively.
