Join our dynamic team as a Support Agent, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless experiences across our diverse product portfolio: the Gallery, Studio App, Studio Developer Platform, and our upcoming White-Labeled Enterprise Gallery.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries spanning from basic troubleshooting to complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with individual users, developers, and enterprise clients to resolve issues and optimize their use of our platforms.
  • Create and maintain tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to empower users and scale support solutions.
  • Dive deep into debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Auth0, Stripe, and our proprietary platforms.
  • Contribute to improving our support workflows and building self-service resources.
