Job Description:

As a Tech Lead in Salesforce technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and Apex code.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and data sources using APIs and middleware tools.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status reports to management.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce implementations.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce environment.
• Advocate for best practices and contribute to the development of internal guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•   5y+ years of experience as Software Technical Lead.
• Experience with ( OOP- JAVA- REST API / SOAP API- API Management- Full Stack- Typescript - Node JS- Angular- CI / CD- Architecture Design Pattern.
