  • Assist with data entry and accurately input client details into aggregation software.
  • Prepare and organize lenders' document checklists and ensure proper labeling of client documents.
  • Follow up with lenders on application statuses and keep brokers updated on requirements.
  • Support settlement coordination and post-settlement assistance, including sending confirmation letters to clients.

Job description

Salary: P40,000-P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 1-2 years admin experience in the Australian lending market is an advantage
  • Knowledge of current Australian lender policies and capacity to stay on top of lender and market policy movements is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with loan structures, particularly the difference between Asset Finance and Mortgage Finance is highly regarded. Experience using ApplyOnline, Quickly, Infynity or any other loan application software is preferred
  • Graduate of any degree

What will you do?

1. Data Entry:

  • Assist with accurately entering client details into our aggregation software (Infynity) and completing required forms.

2. Document Management:

  • Help prepare and organise lenders' document checklists for brokers.
  • Ensure client documents are correctly labelled and organised.

3. Lender Communication:

  • Follow up with lenders regarding application statuses and timelines.
  • Keep brokers informed of updates and outstanding requirements.

4. Client Service Support:

  • Complete discharge forms for clients and provide necessary assistance.

5. Settlement Coordination:

  • Assist with managing settlement bookings and ensuring smooth communication.

6. Compliance Support:

  • Learn to complete compliance tasks using our internal tools (e.g., Infynity).

7. Task Tracking:

  • Keep application statuses updated in our task management system (Pipedrive) and communicate effectively with the team.

8. Post-Settlement Assistance:

  • Send confirmation letters and provide clients with payment details after settlement.

9. Interest Rate Reviews:

  • Support in applying for pricing adjustments for existing clients and communicating updates
