Position Overview 

We are seeking a Cross Border Ecommerce Business Manager to spearhead our initiatives for growing the US market and driving customer acquisition through our website, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. If you possess a strong digital marketing background and a deep understanding of the US e-commerce landscape, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Craft and execute comprehensive cross-border ecommerce business plans that cater to the US market, with a strong emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, focusing on effective ad placements across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.), ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for our products.
  • Lead Influencer Marketing Strategies to create innovative campaigns that leverage social media influencers to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and boost sales.
  • Engage in thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences. Leverage these insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key e-commerce platforms to enhance product placement, visibility, and overall sales success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, operations, and product development—to ensure alignment on business objectives and propel the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze relevant data, and produce regular reports to assess business outcomes. Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics affecting e-commerce operations. Proactively adjust strategies to mitigate risks and seize new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to cultivate a high-performance culture and drive the achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, tax obligations, and e-commerce policies governing operations in the United States. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness, foster networking opportunities, and explore new business ventures.

Requirements

  • A comprehensive understanding of U.S. market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
