Job description

We are seeking a Space Planner VA to support our Interior Design team, specializing in 2D/3D layouts, animations, and presentations to help visualize learning environments for Kay-Twelve schools. This full-time, remote role focuses on behind-the-scenes design work, with no direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Kay-Twelve’s Interior Designer to develop efficient, customer-focused layout plans.
Create detailed 2D/3D floor plans, animations, and fly-through videos for presentations.
Assist Education Market Leaders and Project Managers in securing customer approvals.
Select and arrange furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to optimize space planning.
Support in finalizing finishes and creating color boards for projects.
Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in space planning or interior design (preferred).
Proficiency in CET and Revit (preferred), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other CAD tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large-scale projects.
Familiarity with construction documents and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a design team.
