We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our international sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide a world-class experience to customers.
This role requires someone who is logical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing order status updates for international shipping, and ensuring smooth communication across different time zones.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service through email and chat support.
✅ Manage order status updates and resolve inquiries for international shipments.
✅ Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
✅ Use Gmail, spreadsheets, and Monday.com for daily tasks.
✅ Assist in the transition to Odoo business hub software.
✅ Perform data entry, organization, and reporting in Excel.
✅ Deliver clear, professional, and customer-focused communication.
✅ Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
✅ Adapt to hybrid work schedules, mirroring client time zones in Europe and Asia.
Requirements
✔ 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Excel and Word (spreadsheets, data sorting, reporting).
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
