Job description

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Respresentative to become a key player in our expanding team. The perfect fit will have exceptional communication abilities and a knack for engaging with potential clients to foster lasting relationships. You will take charge of managing leads, following up with inquiries, and transforming those inquiries into successful sales. This position demands a proactive sales mindset, superb organizational skills, and the capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, following up through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending products or services.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s offerings.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on warm leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and processes to assist customers accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on sales metrics and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales or customer service role (inbound and outbound experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Service Titan, Dialpad or any VOIP or dialer is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, with a preference for a Midwestern accent to enhance clarity and approachability in interactions.
  • Amenable to the working hours - 9am to 5pm CST.
