Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and HubSpot Support Specialist to bolster our business development efforts. This role is crucial in driving growth by managing prospecting, outreach, and sales meeting coordination, focusing heavily on leveraging HubSpot’s workflow and automation features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, with an emphasis on privately held businesses in the healthcare industry, using platforms like LinkedIn and business directories.
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold emailing and calling, introducing our services and generating leads.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot’s advanced features, including workflow automation, to manage and track leads, streamline processes, and ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining accurate client records.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule sales meetings, calls, and presentations for the Managing Partner with prospective clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare sales materials, draft professional emails, update client information, and perform other administrative tasks related to business development.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed weekly reports on prospecting activities, outreach progress, and key metrics to track achievements towards business development goals.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in HubSpot, particularly in creating and optimizing workflows and automation, and a passion for supporting business growth through strategic and efficient support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, as well as email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cold calling or email marketing is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
