This role is pivotal in managing executive schedules, streamlining internal communications, and contributing creatively to marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a knack for creative design, and proficiency in marketing tools, software, and social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership. Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and handle follow-up communications.
  • Marketing Design & Coordination: Assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and social media content. Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to design branded content.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Monitor trends and optimize content to boost reach and engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, maintain records, and ensure efficient file management. Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the operations and marketing teams.
