What You’ll Do

  • Lead RETAIL-IMS team, providing guidance for architectural decisions, solution design and technical expertise.

  • Design, Develop and Optimize, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory, Financial management workflows using Oracle RETAIL-IMS

  • Integrate middleware solutions to ensure smooth communication between RETAIL-IMS and Telstra Internal and External enterprise systems.

  • Provide expertise in Retail Integration Bus, APIs and BIP

  • Provide guidance to cross functional teams to deliver new initiatives and enhancements

  • Regularly liaise with business to understand the business inefficiencies and pain point to carve IT solutions to optimize the processes.

  • Serve as go to person for all the RETAIL-IMS related issues

  • Ensure best practices in scalability, security, and reliability within the RETAIL-IMS, RIB and APIs ecosystem.

  • Work closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to drive continuous improvements in supply chain operations.

About You

Essential

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle Retail.

  • Strong understanding of order orchestration, fulfillment processes, and supply chain integration.

  • Experience with API integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Highly desirable:

  • Experience with large-scale fulfillment and e-commerce systems.

  • Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management.

  • Experience working with 3PL logistics and warehouse management systems.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Relevant Certifications:

  • Oracle Retail Certified Implementation Specialist

  • Oracle Certified Professional for Oracle Retail Solutions
