Responsibilities:
  • Design, recommend, implement and manage new or revised  benefits/wellness programs based on changing business needs and labor regulations (including but not limited to 401K, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and other ancillary benefits) 
  • Support the evolution of programs and services to earn and keep employee and business partner trust 
  • Deliver a positive employee experience with value-added benefit offerings 
  • Manage third party vendor relationships ensuring service expectations are met 
  • Manage the communication and education of benefits, including queries of employees, providing consultation and SME support for issues that arise 
  • Own the enrollment and implementation for  US Open Enrollment, by supporting coverage negotiations, services and costs with carriers and brokers 
  • Own reconciliation reporting for finance, propose cost and time efficiency changes to benefits programs, manage the annual benefit budgets, invoice reconciliation, and purchase order processing 
  • Manage the global wellness program and suppliers to enable a sustainable game-changing program in partnership with People Leadership 
  • Contribute to the wellness strategy and programs, leveraging employee wellness ambassadors 
  • Enable effective communications of physical wellbeing campaigns, flu/vaccine programs, onsite biometric screenings, health management programs, as well as our  benefit policies 
  • Be accountable for meeting all compliance and reporting requirements, working with the internal People team, trusted counsel, outside consultants, and vendors as needed 
  • Familiarity with EEO, ADA, Family Leave and other global regulations regarding employment and employee welfare. 
  • Collaborate with other People Team members on projects inside and outside of benefits 

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Benefits Administration  
  • A highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; including acute emotional intelligence required to effectively communicate GTR offerings 
  • Skills necessary for the continual reexamining and reengineering of operations, policies and procedures, as well as those required for the effective and strategic implementation of these initiatives
  • Highly developed leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and guide complex, challenging tasks
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and extreme discretion in frequently working with highly sensitive, proprietary information
  • Strong presentation skills  
  • High level of problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work projects for self and others 
  • Base Range: $96,000 - $103,000 + Bonus Eligible
