What you will be doing

Text Translation:

1. Responsible for translating the source language text into the target language accurately and fluently, maintaining the meaning and style of the original text, and the translation content is accurate (monthly translation volume: about 100,000 source English words).

2. Familiar with the professional terminology and industry background of different products to ensure that the translated content meets the requirements of specific fields.

Text Review and Localization:

1. Review and localize the translated documents/online copywriting to improve the quality and accuracy of the translation and meet the language expression standards and context requirements.

2. Pay attention to details such as grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. to improve the professional level and readability of the copywriting.

Cross-cultural Communication:

1. Have good cross-cultural communication skills, understand different cultural backgrounds and habits, and avoid cultural ambiguity and misunderstandings in translation.

2. Play an active role in cross-cultural communication and promote understanding and cooperation among all parties.

Professional Knowledge Update:

1. Continue to learn and accumulate professional knowledge and terminology in related fields, and maintain sensitivity to industry development and changes.

2. Continuously improve translation skills and language ability to adapt to the translation needs of different fields and languages.

3. Consciously and actively update and maintain the multilingual terminology library of related products.

Other work:

1. Actively obey the arrangements of the company and Team Leader to promote the smooth operation of the team and the smooth progress of the project.

What we are looking for

Bachelor degree or above, language/translation and other related majors, native Vietnamese, proficient in English or Chinese.

Have some translation work experience, language or translation certificate is preferred.

Proficient in CAT tools (Trados, memoQ, Smartling, etc.).

Translation experience in finance, securities, futures, and digital currency trading industries is preferred.

Work conscientiously and responsibly, respond promptly, have a sense of responsibility, have strong learning ability, and good communication and coordination skills.
