Job Description Summary:
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for working on the resolution of employee relations matters, performance management issues, policy violations and the investigation of employee complaints and/or conflict resolution on behalf of the company. This position interacts with individuals across the organization to help mitigate risk to the organization and ensure that outcomes align with Option Care Health Values including fair and equitable treatment of all team members. This individual works quickly and thoroughly to investigate and resolve employee conflicts, coach and counsel to resolve performance management issues, and resolves work environment complaints.Job Description:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $68,841.68-$114,714.07Benefits:
