Position Overview
With a strong focus on expanding its U.S. market, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth and revolutionize the fitness space. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, business development, and client relationship management within the fitness and wellness industry. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. fitness, hospitality, and corporate wellness sectors.Build and nurture relationships with gym owners, fitness studio operators, personal trainers, corporate wellness managers, hospitality leaders, and real estate developers.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.Generate and follow up on leads, conduct persuasive sales presentations, and close high-value deals.Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives.Provide in-depth product demonstrations and educate clients on the features and benefits of our premium gym equipment.Develop customized fitness solutions for commercial and high-end residential customers.Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements with professionalism.Represent the company at trade shows, industry expos, networking events, and fitness conferences nationwide.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.Stay informed about fitness industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer preferences.Qualifications4+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales & business development within fitness equipment, wellness solutions, or sports equipment.Strong network and connections in the fitness and wellness industry (gyms, hospitality, corporate wellness, real estate, etc.).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at closing high-value deals.Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. to meet clients, attend trade shows, and drive business growth.Join the Team – Elevate Fitness Across the U.S.!
