What You Will Do:
  • Partner with hiring managers across all functions—sales, data science, product, marketing, engineering—to execute full-cycle recruiting. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, defining hiring needs and identifying talent that aligns with TalentNeuron’s goals and culture. 
  • Build and manage talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady flow of top-tier SaaS candidates. 
  • Onboard new hires with a seamless, engaging process that sets them up for success and reflects our values. 
  • Source and attract sales talent—hunters and closers—who can drive revenue and thrive in our innovative environment. 
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source quality) and adjust strategies to optimize hiring outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand through job posts, campaigns, and events that showcase TalentNeuron’s story. 
  • Liaise between hiring teams and candidates, advocating for process improvements and innovative sourcing tactics. 
  • Drive candidate satisfaction by delivering a transparent, efficient experience that builds trust and excitement. 
  • Track candidate pipeline health and proactively address gaps to ensure hiring goals are met. 
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices, aligning with our DEI goals. 
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with hiring managers to align on priorities and refine job requirements. 
  • Understand TalentNeuron’s SaaS ecosystem and educate candidates on our mission and value proposition. 
  • Foster relationships with candidates and industry networks to create advocates for TalentNeuron in the market. 
  • Share best practices with hiring teams to streamline processes and elevate hiring quality. 
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate talent needs, focusing on sign-ups, upgrades, and long-term growth. 
  • Educate candidates on TalentNeuron’s culture and impact throughout their recruitment journey. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to recommend tools, resources, and strategies that enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

  • What You Will Bring:
  • A strategic mindset paired with a relentless drive to source excellence and a curiosity about SaaS talent trends, complemented by a collaborative spirit. 
  • A proven track record of recruiting across all SaaS functions, with expertise in sales hiring (Account Executives, SDRs, sales leadership). 
  • Experience recruiting internationally.  Specifically in United States, Canada, Germany and India preferred. 
  • 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a SaaS technology environment. 
  • Familiarity with managing talent pipelines from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Proficiency in engaging and influencing hiring managers and senior leadership across departments. 
  • Previous experience within the SaaS sector—sales, product, data science, or talent intelligence preferred. 
  • Adaptive sourcing skills that enable you to navigate ambiguity and uncover hidden talent. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex recruiting processes and strategies across teams (Sales, Product, HR) under tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to translate hiring needs into actionable pipelines and process enhancements.
