THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Long Tail Acquisition Support Intern to our Partner team in Milan!


This role sits at the core of our Long Tail (LT) Acquisition team, supporting the seamless onboarding and administration of newly acquired partners into our network. You will ensure a smooth and timely launch process, guaranteeing that partners are successfully integrated into our platform while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Your work will directly impact the experience of both our partners and users on the Wellhub app. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our partner network.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Support the LT sales team in launching newly acquired partners, ensuring timely onboarding and availability on our platform.
  • Build and maintain accurate, high-quality partner profiles to enhance their presentation on the Wellhub app.
  • Verify and ensure the correctness of partner information to meet both internal quality standards and partner expectations.
  • Coordinate and align communication between sales, partners, and internal teams such as Partner Operations and Quality Assurance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to partner onboarding and profile management.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in partner launches. 
WHO YOU ARE
  • Advanced English.
  • Reside in Milan.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Demonstrates reliability and accountability.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses effective communication abilities.
