About the Position

Join afast-growing Travel Experience team and play a key role in delivering top-tier travel support! As a Senior Travel Experience Consultant, you will directly assist users with their travel needs, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences. From handling flight, hotel, car, and rail bookings to troubleshooting urgent issues, you’ll be the go-to expert for travelers.

In this role, you’ll also collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and engineering) to provide valuable feedback, improving our customer-facing and internal platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional travel support via chat, calls, and emails
  • Manage bookings for hotels, flights, cars, and rail while ensuring accuracy
  • Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Guide customers in using self-service options on the Navan platform and app
  • Maintain strong knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer travel policies
  • Deliver feedback to internal stakeholders to enhance processes and customer experience
  • Stay updated on travel industry best practices, tools, and policies
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay ahead in the industry
  • Meet performance metrics, including SLAs, attendance, and quality expectations
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant handling air, rail, and hotel bookings (essential)
  • 3+ years of experience using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) (essential)
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for efficient communication
  • Additional fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
  • Strong customer service experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot issues independently, and resolve urgent matters quickly
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 11 PM)
  • Empathetic, professional communicator with strong verbal and written skills
