Overview
As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you are a visionary leader responsible for responsible for driving demand generation, accelerating sales pipeline and optimizing deal closure rates through effective field and partner marketing initiatives. You will act as a strategic connector—ensuring regional and functional marketing teams operate in sync, leveraging best practices, and executing against a cohesive, data-driven go-to-market strategy. The position reports to the VP, Global Brand and Media, and oversees field marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and analyst relations and public relations efforts, globally.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Alignment
- Define and drive the integrated marketing strategy across Field, Customer, Partner, and Analyst Relations teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor to field marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing leads—helping refine their programs to optimize impact and ROI.
- Field Marketing Strategy & Sales Alignment
- Provide guidance to regional field marketing teams, ensuring they have the strategic direction, messaging frameworks, and resources to drive demand and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define regional marketing priorities, ABM initiatives, and event strategies.
- Customer Marketing & Advocacy Strategy
- Shape the global customer engagement strategy, ensuring customer marketing teams have a structured approach to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Champion customer storytelling, helping teams scale case studies, testimonials, and peer networking programs globally.
- Identify opportunities to leverage customer insights and success stories across marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
- Partner Marketing Strategy
- Define the overall co-marketing and partner engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with channel and alliance growth objectives.
- Develop a strategic approach to enable, amplify, and measure the success of partner-driven marketing programs.
- Strengthen collaboration between Partner Marketing and Field Marketing to create seamless go-to-market execution.
- Analyst & Market Influence
- Lead strategic engagements with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC), working closely with the AR team to improve perception and positioning.
- Develop and refine market messaging and competitive positioning to ensure the company is well represented in key industry reports and research.
- Provide strategic guidance on briefings, inquiries, and key report participation to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or a related field, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.
- 5+ years of experience in field and events marketing
- Proven leadership experience, including managing global marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.).
- Experience in demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing, with a strong understanding of how these functions contribute to pipeline acceleration.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing programs, and demonstrate ROI.
- Hands-on experience working with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to influence market perception.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling marketing narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in a Private Equity-backed organization or fast-paced SaaS environment.
