Job description

We are seeking to engage an experienced HR and operations professional on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. With a distributed workforce of over 100 people in the UK, and over 1500 globally, we want to continue making AnywhereWorks a great place to work for all our employees.

As the most senior member of the People and Culture and CX operations team in the UK, this role will lead and drive forward the delivery of people focused culture and engagement initiatives and projects, along with leading and driving the Client Experience (CX) operation strategy. 

Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up. You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and have the ability to collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.
