About this role

As Tech Lead, you'll spearhead the technical direction of our cloud-native platform, focusing on architecture validation and technical discovery while leading a high-performing engineering team. You'll be responsible for ensuring robust integration patterns, performance optimisation, and technical excellence across our GCP-based infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead architecture validation efforts, ensuring designs meet real-world gateway requirements
• Drive technical discovery initiatives and integration mapping across multiple protocols
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
• Design and validate performance baselines for different message types
• Oversee configuration analysis and integration pattern development
• Establish technical standards and best practices for the platform
