Job description

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to identify what makes an idea commercially viable, with a knack for cutting through unnecessary complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience building or validating products from scratch, with a clear understanding of the journey from 0 to 1.
  • A track record of prioritizing testing before building, helping founders pre-sell, validate, and iterate their ideas based on real market feedback.
  • Hands-on experience coaching founders, creators, or early-stage entrepreneurs through critical stages of growth.
  • Background in working with accelerators, startup studios, or founder-focused education programs.
  • Deep understanding of the psychology of execution, with the ability to nudge founders toward bold, decisive action.
  • Strong ability to motivate, challenge, and hold founders to high standards of execution and accountability.
  • Proven agility in moving quickly, identifying opportunities, and knowing when to push forward or pivot.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and no-code solutions to accelerate MVP development, particularly in guiding non-technical founders.
  • Skilled in creating engaging discussions, fostering participation, and cultivating a high-accountability culture within founder communities.
