Job description

Our partner is a UK-based company and a recognized innovator in the insurance industry, committed to revolutionizing how insurance solutions are delivered and experienced. They are currently expanding their R&D team in Bulgaria and are seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Technology Manager to join their growing team.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the flow of data between platforms, including integration of third-party tools with Pardot/ Salesforce.
  • Maintain and improve current website performance tracking using a
    combination of tools, primarily GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Establish  document standard operating procedures and
    best practices to increase automation and reduce manual work. 
  • Build, test, and optimize the onsite subscription journey using their
    paywall platform (Zephr by Zuora).

What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (enterprise subscription or
    SaaS company experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Pardot and Salesforce. 
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with Google Marketing Suite (GA4
    and Tag Manager) and PowerBI. 
  • Experience interfacing with marketing and sales teams to solve problems.
