Job description

This is a remote position.

As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Success Manager who can become an expert on forging strong relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive industry. 


  • Retain book of business with proactive communication

  • Facilitating discussions about their expansion by leveraging Autocorp.ai’s suite of products 

  • Support dealers training, product knowledge and adoption

  • Coordinate smooth and timely implementation and onboarding

  • Analyze dealer's monthly outcomes and devise actionable strategies to elevate their performance and ROI

  • Maintain client relationships and assist clients with generating success across our products and services

  • Maintain seamless collaboration with your colleagues to ensure top-notch service delivery to our clients by updating notes and activities within our platforms  

  • Serve as a recognized industry expert, offering valuable insights and best practices to our clients

  • Gather and synthesize client feedback, advocating on their behalf for product enhancements and improvements

  • Swiftly address client issues and concerns, leveraging internal resources and escalation processes when required, to ensure a timely resolution

  • Foster open dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, being a champion of transparency to enhance operational efficiency and drive collective success across Autocorp.ai




Requirements
  • Proven track record of success providing support in a high-growth SaaS Organization 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 1-2 Years of automotive experience, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations, BDC and/or F&I is a strong asset

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues

  • Excellent administrative skills, ensuring all notes are clear and concise

  • Strong project management skills to be able to facilitate product integration and adoption

  • Understanding of the GAP sales methodology

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • A high sense of urgency

  • Work well independently and collaborate well with a team

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset​

Salary:

60,000 - 70,000
