Job Description

As an RTO Records Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate learner records and providing administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Performing timely and accurate data entry of learner information.
Managing and updating records in student management systems and databases.
Responding to learner queries in a professional, courteous manner.
Handling general administrative tasks to support the team.
Ensuring compliance with records management policies and procedures.
Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
Liaising with internal teams to resolve learner records issues as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Records Admin position supporting Australian clients.
Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills with a learner-first approach.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience working with databases and data entry systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Experience working in an RTO environment.
Sound knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) sector requirements.
Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
