About the Role

As an HR & Culture Intern, you will help Firebolt build a strong and engaging company culture by supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and internal communications. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, company culture, and HR best practices.

About the day to day

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and HR operations for new hires.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and suggest improvements.
  • Help maintain HR documentation and internal communication platforms.
  • Gather employee feedback and contribute to building a strong work culture.

Stipend: Rs. 50,000/month

Duration: Minimum 6 months



Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Interest in employee engagement, culture-building, and HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
