Your Role & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Market Research

Stay up-to-date with trends in audio erotica and analyze competitors like Quinn, Best Kept Secret, and other major players.
Identify what works, what engages listeners, and how to push our content further.
Develop and refine content strategies based on audience demand and market insights.

Script Development & Editing

Order new scripts that align with market trends and listener preferences.
Find, recruit, and manage talented scriptwriters who can create immersive, well-paced scripts.
Review and refine scripts, ensuring they include natural dialogue, well-integrated SFX, and an engaging progression.
Provide feedback to scriptwriters—helping them improve without needing excessive rewrites.

Casting & Production Workflow

Scout and recruit voice actors who fit the tone, style, and emotion required for our scripts.
Coordinate the full production cycle, ensuring smooth collaboration between scriptwriters, voice actors, and sound designers.
Manage deadlines, revisions, and overall quality control to ensure top-tier production.
