Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive (AE) to help us expand our impact and drive revenue growth in North America and Europe.

This is a fully remote role within the Toronto area, Ontario, Canada.

As an Account Executive at Runn, you’ll be a key player in driving our sales motion and closing new business. You’ll take qualified inbound leads and outbound opportunities, guiding mid-market opportunities through a consultative, value-driven sales cycle.

Your Role & Objectives 🛠

As an Account Executive at Runn, you will:

🔥 Own the Sales Cycle – Manage mid-market deals from demo to close, navigating multiple stakeholders with confidence.

📈 Drive Revenue Growth – Convert qualified leads into long-term customers through a consultative sales approach.

🔍 Qualify & Convert Prospects – Lead discovery conversations, run high-impact demos, and position Runn’s value effectively.

📊 Build & Manage Pipeline – Work with SDRs to convert leads and proactively create new opportunities.

🤝 Develop Stakeholder Relationships – Engage decision-makers and build trust across multiple contacts within an account.

🛠 Refine & Improve Sales Processes – Optimize messaging, streamline workflows, and contribute to scaling Runn’s sales playbook.

💡 Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and customer success.

✅ You have 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS closing role.

✅ You’re a consultative, value-driven seller who thrives on helping customers solve real problems.

✅ You have strong discovery, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills—handling 2-5 decision-makers per deal.

✅ You’re confident running demos, positioning pricing with impact, and owning your sales pipeline.

✅ You love working in a fast-paced startup environment, bringing creativity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

✅ You’re a self-starter with a bias for action, motivated by results and continuous improvement.

✅ You thrive in a remote-first, global team and are excited about selling to North American and European markets.
