Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support the executive team in real estate acquisitions, new home construction projects, and daily operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and ensure all aspects of project coordination are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
  • Track and coordinate new home construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Manage vendor communications, contracts, and payments related to real estate and construction operations.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks, document management, and reporting.
  • Organize and maintain project data, financial records, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including contractors, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project management is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of finance and budgeting.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with real estate acquisitions, contracts, and financial modeling.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create automations in QuickBooks to streamline financial workflows.
  • Adaptability to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
