Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to convenience store owners, using our client’s meticulously developed and tested sales script
  • Master the art of engaging conversation, keeping interactions natural and personable while effectively communicating the value proposition
  • Close deals in real-time, guiding prospects through an efficient sign-up process during the initial call
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily call targets and conversion goals
  • Utilize cutting-edge call tracking and monitoring software to optimize your performance
  • Provide valuable feedback on the sales script and process, contributing to the continuous improvement of our client’s sales strategy
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the script or sales approach based on real-world interactions and market feedback
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes in the client’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to a culture of success



Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B environments or working with small business owners
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured sales processes while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation flow
  • Experience with or willingness to quickly learn call center software, CRM systems, and other sales productivity tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable with performance monitoring and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle objections and maintain enthusiasm throughout the day
  • Basic technical proficiency and a reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Availability to work full-time hours, with potential for flexible scheduling
