Position Overview: CoreSphere is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (SA) to assist with developing the full application architecture and developing solutions that translate business requirements into functioning software systems, services, and solutions. Our Salesforce SA will be working with a team to meet with clients and gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions based on business needs with robust documentation. The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring best practices, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Position is 100% remote.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.
Define architecture strategies, data models, and integration approaches with third-party applications.
Create detailed technical design documents and architecture blueprints.
Lead the development of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and APIs.
Oversee the customization, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
Ensure proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or event-driven architecture.
Define data governance policies and ensure data integrity across systems.
Optimize data migration and transformation strategies for large-scale implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, etc.).
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including governor limits, query optimization, and API usage.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolutions.
Collaborate with executives and IT leadership to define Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and at least 3 years as architecture.
Hands-on experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and migrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Prior experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably in healthcare, finance, or government sectors.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware like MuleSoft, Boomi).
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Azure, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins.
Experience with Salesforce security best practices (OAuth, SAML, SSO, Shield Encryption).
Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud,PSS etc.).
Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools like Talend, Informatica).
