Job Overview:

The role of the Product Manager, is a remote position in the Product team. As the Product Manager, you will have a sound understanding of the features, functionality, risks and operational processes that support LemFi’s products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining user stories to deliver the strategy and create a product backlog. You will own the product backlog, drive prioritization and delivery, which will include managing the budget and outcome metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision and maintaining an associated backlog.
    • Work within a proactive, customer-focused, multi-disciplinary team alongside specialists in insights, UX design, technology delivery, security, and infrastructure to develop effective digital products through research, ideation, and design.
    • Leverage data analytics to uncover insights, identify trends, and assess product performance. Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature prioritization, optimize user experiences, and drive strategic product improvements.
    • Collaborate with data teams to define key metrics, run experiments (A/B tests), and translate findings into actionable decisions that enhance user engagement and business growth.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the payment platform, including APIs and dependencies, to support improvements and the creation of new payment solutions.
    • Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and quantitative research to recommend and implement enhancements that improve the payment experience.
    • Support the delivery of an outstanding payments experience by assisting in defining requirements, contributing to implementation plans, and participating in execution.
    • Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimizations.
    • Participate in internal and external testing processes to help maintain product quality.
    • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure all products meet regulatory and certification standards in the payment industry.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years proven product management experience working on financial service apps or a high growth consumer company.
    • Proven ability to translate roadmap items, high level vision and user feedback into actionable product items.
    • A good knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
    • Customer-centric with a strong focus on end user experience and outcomes.
    • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy and demonstrate initiative and a sense of personal accountability.
    • Ability to conceptualize product features from a high-level perspective, considering the entire lifecycle—from ideation and design to engineering and launch. Must be able to articulate the vision clearly, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams by translating complex ideas into actionable plans that drive seamless execution and user impact.
    • You’re data-driven – You are able to dive into data to identify opportunities and then measure your impact. You prioritise the value you can add to customers, and can get the entire company behind you by telling stories with data.
    • You have a good technical understanding - help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features.
