CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Corporate Development Team.

YOUR IMPACT:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling CHA fire safety products and services to new and existing clients Including a focus on service/maintenance agreements for commercial building systems including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspections.

 

This key role will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to build a sales pipeline and implement effective sales strategies. The professional in this role will conduct fire equipment surveys, identify potential fire hazards, and provide expert recommendations to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Fire Protection Engineering, Sales, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety or a related field required, including proven experience in fire safety inspections and sales
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards to include advanced knowledge of ACHA and Joint Commission requirements for healthcare facilities
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
SALARY RANGE::

$150,000 - $175,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
