Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Hollywood, FL Time

Client location or time zone: Florida, United States 

Company/client overview: Client runs is a fast-growing holistic wellness coaching business that takes a spiritual and mental health approach to weight loss, nutrition, fitness and total wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Management
  • Calendar and Task Management
  • Filing monthly client progress reports and measurements in Google Drive
  • Filing monthly client alignment trackers in Google Drive
  • Sending appointment reminders and class emails
  • Following up on declined auto-draft payments thru Stripe
  • Responsible for community management and keeping eyes on different Facebook groups
  • Other admin related tasks
  • Follow up on declined auto-draft payments from clients


Requirements

  • Solid experience in Go High Level platform
  • Experienced Administrative Assistant for at least 3 years
  • Proficient in using Canva
  • Proficient in Google Drive for file organization
  • Knowledge in creating viral content through long form videos, a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and takes initiative
  • Strong Internet Connection
