Sending appointment reminders and class emails
Following up on declined auto-draft payments thru Stripe
Responsible for community management and keeping eyes on different Facebook groups
Other admin related tasks
Follow up on declined auto-draft payments from clients
Requirements
Solid experience in Go High Level platform
Experienced Administrative Assistant for at least 3 years
Proficient in using Canva
Proficient in Google Drive for file organization
Knowledge in creating viral content through long form videos, a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and takes initiative
Strong Internet Connection
