Job description

Job Summary: Trileaf is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion/background in cultural heritage. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the Cultural Resources Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cultural resources sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote the company.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Anthropology, Archaeology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the cultural resources or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cultural resource management and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
