JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world, and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal.

Now we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage all processes related to supplier development and order processing.

Responsibilities：

Search for suppliers in China across various industries and negotiate terms
Assist in managing supplier relationships and order processing to ensure compliance with client requirements
Conduct market research on product pricing and features to match client needs
Work in corporate CRM system

Requirements：

Native-level Chinese
English proficiency (B2 or higher)
1+ year experience in sourcing and/or procurement
Good communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
