A Little Bit About the Role: 

Are you a Senior CGI Producer with a passion for polygons and all things ‘raytracing’ - then this opportunity is for you! This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage. 

This job requires the expertise of an experienced Senior CGI Producer to manage all internal and external stakeholders with the objective to deliver and scope world-class CGI asset creation and solid understanding of emerging technologies such as AR/VR/XR and Metaverse platforms and experiences - and will ultimately be accountable for OLIVER+’s overall fulfillment. 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing global teams and clients, ideally have worked on Product Visualization in Technology, premium Electronics and/or global brands, as well as a strong background in a wide range of CGI processes. The role is fast-paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects within the organization. 

What You'll be Doing: 

• Manage resourcing scope, plan and lead varied types of CGI projects across different regions  

• Serve as the contact for any new business, or escalations of current projects. 

• Work with Executive Producer (HOD) to establish the team Structure & Management, Commercial Offering, Ways of Working, and build a Portfolio of work. 

• Ensure the implementation of rapid scope and quotation processes. 

• Be a brand guardian. 

• Understand the effect of future technology states on current ways of working. 

• Work closely with Operations and HOD (CGI) to continue building OLIVER+’s reputation as a centre of excellence for CGI within the network. 

• Client and artist facing to ensure synergy of collaboration. 

• Ability to develop and oversee team members - helping develop their skill and assist with their career path. 

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

• Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations. 

• To deputize for the Head of Department as and when required. 

• Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs. 

• Time-sheet keeping. 

• Monitor utilization and output of team. 

What you’ll need:  

• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over processes in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment. 

• Having strong client facing/Stakeholder Management skills and experience is key for this role.  

• Curiosity, creativity, and ambition. 

• The ability to take a project from brief to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. 

• Ability to deliver across all aspects of content creation, from pitching and negotiation, project management and planning and workflow/pipeline development  

• Impeccable problem-solving skills and a love for client satisfaction. 

• 7-10 years of experience in CGI/VFX production 

You’ll have:  

• Relevant degree or diploma  

• Fluent English: Spoken and Written
  

• Proficiency in excel and project management and production tools.  

Not essential but an advantage:  

• Experience in global Technology, Premium Product & Electronics ,FMCG, Homecare, , Luxury and Premium brands. 

• Multi-market experience.  

• Live action shoot experience and understanding
