Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, specifically for Germany and Austria., Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues in SAP HCM., Fluency in German and English at a minimum B2 level., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment..

Key responsabilities:

Respond to incidents and service requests related to SAP HCM Payroll for Germany and Austria.

Implement change requests and perform problem analysis in SAP HCM Payroll.

Act as the main contact for SAP support and manage ticketing processes.

Collaborate with clients and the AMS team on SAP HCM topics and legal requirements.

We are currently looking for SAP HCM Payroll:

Responsibilities:

Answer to Incidents, Service Requests and Minor Enhancements of SAP HCM Payroll Germany and Austria
Implement Change requests in SAP HCM Payroll Germany and Austria
Problem analysis and resolution in SAP HCM Payroll Germany and Austria
Act as a Single point of contact with SAP for support under the defined scope (SAP HCM PY Germany and Austria). SAP ticket creation and update of BMC Remedy ticket.
Support Packages functional support – notes analysis, regression testing and deploy in Productions regarding SAP HCM PY Germany and Austria
Interact with client or BPO on topics related to SAP HCM in general for AMS team overall (key contact in AMS team for Germany and Austria).
Support SAP HCM PY with Germany and Austria legal requirements and system technical (functional) discussions
Collaborate with Support Portugal ATC team upskilling in SAP HCM PY Germany and Austria – provide training and guidance
Collaborate with overall AMS team for SAP HCM support to Germany and Austria
Report to project delivery lead in Portugal
German and English mandatory; minimum level for both is B2
