Recruiting Coordinator
Remote (Can live anywhere but must be willing to work CST hours)
6 Months Contract
Potential to covert to Perm
Hours: 8-5 Daily

OVERVIEW: As a *** Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing customer service to candidates and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

Typical working day:
  • Prepare and send offer letters to prospective employees.
  • Update Smartsheet throughout hiring process.
  • Provide quality onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
  • Order and Coordinate background screening and drug testing for candidates.
  • Monitor screening process and report candidate status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate complex cases as per company policy.
  • Attend and participate in biweekly calls.
  • Handle additional assigned administrative tasks
Years of Experience needed: 2+ years needed as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies:
Required: a type of Applicant Tracking System
Preferred: Accurate (background vendor), Equifax for i9, mail merge, and DocuSign

Top Must have Skills:
Flexible, adaptable, Strong administrative skills, tech savvy, and dependable. Must know smartsheet

Interview Process: One virtual interview
