Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Position Type: Contract (12 Months)
Location: Remote
Salary Range / Rate: $20/hr. to $24/hr.


Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle high-volume inquiries via email and live chat, resolve issues, and improve user experience. This role involves troubleshooting, educating users on policies, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries on account access, billing, and platform usability.
  • Identify and resolve issues, providing feedback for process improvements.
  • Educate users on policies to ensure compliance and a positive experience.
  • Maintain quality standards by overseeing content approvals.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing relationships with key partners.
  • Analyze data to identify and address potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Customer service or client support experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume interactions efficiently.

  • Availability for occasional weekend shifts.
